The National Academy of Sciences in their report to Congress on the state of forensics in the United States recommended that all laboratories, agencies or units providing forensic services should be accredited and all individual examiners should be certified. As the exclusive training partner of the International Association for Identification, all courses offered by Ron Smith and Associates, Inc. have been approved for both certification and re-certification purposes. The SWGFAST Guidelines for "training to competency" also require a comprehensive program that we can help with.
