Ron Smith and Associates, Inc. is a Forensic Consulting, Training and Forensic Management Services company headquartered in Collinsville, Mississippi. Our company is composed of over twenty-five professional career forensic specialists and support staff, located throughout the United States and Canada, who are dedicated to providing quality forensic services around the world. 

We currently offer a wide array of forensic services and are continually increasing our technical capabilities as we seek out, locate and establish contractual agreements with additional forensic experts on an "as needed" basis to complement our existing staff of full time forensic specialists. Our unique staffing capabilities have made it possible to respond rapidly to "special need" situations in a manner which would be practically impossible for governmental agencies. 

Many of the services offered by RS&A, Inc. were designed to fill this ever increasing void between what is being demanded of governmental forensic agencies to accomplish and what they are actually in a position to do on an everyday basis. We are also positioned in such a manner that we can respond to the forensic needs of the private as well as governmental sectors.

Message from the President

Several years ago I envisioned that some day, when my thirty (30) years of government service were over, I would be able to gather together a special group of dedicated career forensic specialists who collectively would become the nucleus of something totally new and special within the forensic sciences community.  After much effort, that vision has now become "Ron Smith & Associates, Incorporated", a unique and exciting forensic services corporation, offering a wide array of national and international consulting, management and training services.

The path we now travel as a company is certainly challenging in that there has been no clear road map to follow but that in itself adds to the excitement of the endeavor.  I have for so long recognized the needs which have existed within our forensic and criminal investigation disciplines and over the years I have come to realize that government bureaucracy inhibits solutions to many of these problems.  There has been a desperate need for a company such as ours to exist within the forensic community and the future is bright indeed.

When I started traveling and conducting forensic seminars and workshops over fifteen (15) years ago I never really anticipated how far my first project would go.  Since then, I have personally conducted almost three hundred (300) seminars in forty-six (46) states and numerous other countries. During that time I have come to understand that not only training but other quality forensic related products and services will always be in demand.  Ron Smith & Associates, Inc. was formed to meet those new and ever changing needs wherever they are located around the globe.  Through careful planning and strategic alliances, we are positioning ourselves to meet the forensic needs of government agencies, private corporations, attorneys and individuals, regardless of their location in the world.  We willingly accept the responsibility that comes with our profession, and we understand that professional integrity must come first in every scientific or business decision we make.

 We have grown significantly over the last few years and continue to grow as we find new and exciting forensic opportunities around the world.  We are continually adding on full time forensic scientists and contractual employees which enable our company to offer even better solutions to forensic problems as they develop around the world.  Being able to call upon the expertise of so many qualified forensic specialists allows us the option of developing customized solutions to fit agency specific situations and to do so in multiple locations simultaneously.  

Over the years God has truly blessed my family, my company and myself and our company motto and company philosophy reflect that sincere and humble understanding.
