Ron Smith & Associates, Incorporated is a multi-service forensic consulting, management and training company which offer a wide array of forensic related training seminars throughout the United States and various other countries.  The majority of these seminars are contractually co-sponsored by the International Association for Identification.  These two, three, four and five day seminars are specifically designed to provide the student and their agency the greatest possible benefits, without taking their key position employees away from their responsibility areas for extensive periods of time.  We are making every attempt to bring these seminars to every region of the country by developing long term relationships with various agencies and training facilities.  It is our long term goal to develop at least fifteen (15) to twenty (20) regional sites throughout the United States and to bring a variety of training seminars to each of these sites throughout the year.

Each of these courses will be submitted for “Continuing Education Credits” approval from the respective forensic science organizations, or law enforcement standards and training commissions (i.e. P.O.S.T.), if applicable..  Those courses applicable to I.A.I. certification programs will be submitted to the certification boards for their review and approval. The courses which qualify for credit through either of these methods will be noted in the written and/or website advertisements for each seminar.

 RS & A, Inc. will continue to seek out the most qualified, and highly sought after, forensic instructors available, in an effort to provide the criminal justice and forensic communities with a steady stream of training opportunities that they so desperately need in today’s ever changing scientific and legal environments.  You are expected to be highly qualified in your field, and can’t succeed without the proper training, and you can rest assured that RS & A, Inc. and the I.A.I. are fully committed to providing that level of training.

 If your agency has a special training need for which there is no directly applicable seminar, or you have too many employees to provide them travel to a scheduled seminar site, you may wish to contact RS & A, Inc. directly to discuss the possibility of designing a seminar just for your agency or organization at your location.  These types of special needs often qualify for government grants.
