Rooms are reserved under Ron Smith and Associates ROOM RATES: $103 Rate includes an evening Manager’s Reception and a daily cooked-to-order breakfast. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: 3 PM / 12 Noon TAX AND FEES: Currently at 15.725% and a Kansas City Arena Fee ($1.74 per night) in effect at the time of check in: A current MO Tax Exempt Letter must be on file at hotel to be tax exempt. Reservation Changes: Reservation changes, based on availability, will be accepted without penalty until 4:00 P.M three days prior to arrival. After this time, rooms not occupied as reserved will be charged to the individual’s credit card.Reservation Method: Individual reservations.
