The Hotel is located on the SE corner of 49th Street and Ulmerton Road. To access the parking lot, after crossing Ulmerton Road, make the first U turn and travel on 49th Street. Travel north and the entrance will be on the right.

About the Hotel:

Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, two phone lines, free high speed Internet, 25” TV, a cozy recliner, free video and CD library at the front desk, free local calls, a fitness center, and our unique  “Candlewood Cupboard” filled with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner items.  Weekly housekeeping for their convenience and privacy but light touch is available at their request.  They also have laundry facilities that are free for their use, a heated pool and a BBQ grill. 

ROOM RATES:  Studio rate of $75 plus tax or $95 plus tax one bedroom rate until sold out.   

Attendees must call and make reservations under “Ron Smith & Associates”.  A credit card is needed to guarantee their suite.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR STUDENTS:

Students must bring lab coats or other protective garment and wear old clothing on lab days - also no open-toed shoes can be worn in the laboratory. All students are greatly encouraged to bring a digital camera with a macro lens and tripod to enhance the learning experience during this class – it is not required for attendance but encouraged. All types of standard digital media should be able to be used by the instructor to critique the work
