ROOM RATES:  $84 -- Rates valid one (1) day prior and two (2) days after the training dates. 25 rooms are being held for booking until 8/19/08.

There is a parking lot the convention center the cost for parking is $7.00 per day

 CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:    3 PM / 12 Noon

 TAX AND SRIA FEES:  12% total  

Reservation Changes:   Reservation changes, based on availability, will be accepted without penalty until 4:00 P.M three days prior to arrival.  After this time, rooms not occupied as reserved will be charged to the individual’s credit card.
Reservation Method: Individual reservations.

Payment Method for Hotel Rooms: Individuals are to pay their own room charges.
