Reservation Changes:   Reservation changes, based on availability, will be accepted without penalty until 4:00 P.M three days prior to arrival.  After this time, rooms not occupied as reserved will be charged to the individual’s credit card.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR STUDENTS:

Class starts promptly at 8:30 am on the first day.
Recommend that on the first day everyone park in the headquarters parking lot (2102 West Encanto Blvd), and meet at the security desk to walk over to the classroom together.
